Blanqueta is an olive cultivar (variety) that predominantly exists in the Province of Alicante, Spain, and is known to be indigenous to the region of Muro de Alcoy, Alicante. It is less suitable to be harvested in higher altitudes and is known to be smaller in size than average olives.
